    Chef Anmol Gupta

    Co-founder & Food Brand Advisor

     

    Chef Anmol Gupta is a Research Scholar, hospitality consultant, and a food brand advisor with a strong foundation in menu research and development, and kitchen systems. He holds a Master’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and is currently pursuing a PhD with a focused interest in culinary research, indigenous ingredients, and global food applications.

    His work spans cafes, QSR brands, fine dine restaurants, and specialty cuisine concepts, where he is known for his depth in research and development, recipe standardization, kitchen planning, SOP creation, and operational systems.

    As the Co-Founder of Niyat Hospitality, he does projects with a clear philosophy of neet naal kaam karna working with intent, integrity, and discipline. Alongside consulting, he serves as an Assistant Professor in Food Production and remains actively involved in culinary education, and industry relevant research.


    Chef Harneeta Sandhu

    Co-founder & Culinary Development Lead

    Chef Harneeta Sandhu is the Co-Founder and Culinary Development Lead at Niyat Hospitality Solutions. A culinary and pastry arts graduate from APCA (Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts), she also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing and Operations, bringing together creative culinary expertise and strategic business acumen.


    With over 12 years of hands-on industry experience across premium cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and hospitality ventures, Harneeta has led projects spanning concept development, menu engineering, kitchen planning, recipe research and development, operational systems, and brand positioning. Her work combines culinary innovation with a deep understanding of customer behavior, profitability, workflow design, and scalable business models.


    Having built and managed food businesses from the ground up, she specializes in translating creative ideas into commercially viable hospitality concepts. Her expertise includes menu curation, product development, recipe standardization, production systems, team training, and launch execution, ensuring consistency from concept through implementation.


    At Niyat Hospitality Solutions, she leads culinary strategy and development, helping hospitality brands create distinctive food experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and long-term sustainability. Her approach is rooted in craftsmanship, ingredient integrity, disciplined execution, and a strong understanding of the business realities behind successful food ventures.
